About the project: The two-storey residence is located by the sea and it is a mixed construction of masonry and reinforced concrete. The building had to be repaired due to the damages that had been caused by the passage of time and by the proximity to the sea, and eventually two (2) independent residences were developed. During the renovation, the mansonry was strengthened and the roof was reconstructed by prefabricated galvanized metal frames. Also, actions were taken for the stabilization of the rocky slopes, the construction of staggered parterres on them, as well as the refinement of the masonry of the surrounding and retaining walls with mortar.
